Hello there! I'm Jenna Hoffmann, Certified Dog Trainer, and my journey into dog training began serendipitously. It all started with my first family dog, Dakota, a lovable sheltie who became the little sister I never had. Together, we embarked on a delightful adventure of teaching her entertaining tricks, such as jumping through hoops and giving hugs (because, let's be honest, hugs are essential!). Through our shared experiences, Dakota imparted valuable lessons of attentive listening and creative problem-solving, instilling in me a sense of patience.

My passion for dog behavior modification blossomed further as I fostered rescue dogs and actively volunteer with the Lovejoy Foundation animal rescue in Inglewood, CA. While residing in Boulder, CO, I had the incredible opportunity to collaborate with the Boulder Humane Society, where I discovered the transformative power of enrichment in every dog, irrespective of their past or age.

Now, I am proud to call the vibrant West Side of LA my home. Alongside my two Mini Australian shepherds, Tallulah and Frankie, as well as my supportive husband, I have honed my skills as a dog trainer. Tallulah, my beloved fur child, has played a pivotal role in shaping my core principles as a trainer. Leading with kindness and embracing patience, I learned to navigate the challenges posed by her idiopathic epilepsy. On the other paw, Frankie, my energetic bundle of spunk, thrives on being active and revels in learning new tricks! I am a proud member of The Association of Professional Dog Trainers, Alliance of Therapy Dogs, & AKC.

As an active advocate of the Deaf community and avid believer in the brilliance of dogs, training service dogs and therapy dogs to support daily tasks through joy and positive relationships.
